Since beginning operations in 2012 with its first holding company, Legacy Restoration, LLC, Mullins Enterprises has experienced consistent and remarkable growth.

Headquartered in Plymouth, Minnesota, with additional offices in Centennial, Colorado, and Lombard, Illinois, Legacy Restoration was named a Top 100 Contractor in the U.S. in  2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 by Roofing Contractor Magazine, received the Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor MVP and Gold Service Excellence Awards in 2019 as well as the 2019 NRCA Community Involvement Award. Other awards include the 2018 Owens Corning Spirit Award, 2018 Large Business of the Year from TwinWest Chamber of Commerce and numerous nominations for the BBB Torch Award for Ethics. Led by Owner Scott Mullins, Legacy’s primary focus is the exterior restoration of roofing, siding, windows and gutters for single-family residential homes, multi-family and multi-use properties.

Mullins Enterprises, LLC, completed its first acquisition in 2015 with the purchase of Backed by more than 70 years of combined construction and restoration experience, Sibley Construction Services specializes in water mitigation, roofing, mold remediation and and abatement and insurance claims restoration. Sibley Construction Services based in Lafayette, Louisiana. Led by Kyle Sibley, Sibley Construction’s primary focus is handling fire and water loss claims. This elite team has successfully managed over 10,000 mold claims and abatement projects for the state of Louisiana.

In 2019, Conserva Irrigation of Orlando was added to the Mullins Enterprises portfolio. Founded solely on the principle of water conservation, Conserva manages sprinkler repairs and installations. Led by President Craig Undeck, they focus on combining technology, water dynamic studies and environmental concerns in order to make water conservation economically feasible.
